Founded at 2014 from Eftychios Androulakis ,with the help of his family and Dorotheeas Ritter companion, and after 2 years of constant research, developing the way of harvesting ,milling and conservation “Pamako olive oil” was born.Their mountain olive groves are located next to the ancient city of Elyros, in the rocky mountain area of Selino – Chania – Crete ,at an altitude from 500 to 700 meters, that mostly are very difficult to reach while no roads leads to them. Harvesting is made by hand,milling is made the same day of harvest.At the end ,the procedure of bottling is made throw semi-automatic machinery ,by hand, enclosure in each bottle all their passion and love until it comes to your table.
