How do you choose your products?

We filter what’s out there for you and only choose what we love. We are happy that all our products are crafted here in Greece, we work with artisans, designers, craftsmen, food makers and any kind of creative people that just make beautiful and delicious things, and we believe there should be one place you can go to find it all. One place to go when you need a birthday gift for a Greek food-obsessed friend. One place to look for great Greek handmade items. One place to window-shop and daydream.

We are a very small business, learning so much as we go along, and we’d love and look forward to get your ideas, feedback and support. However, until we expand our customer care team, we’re always available at happy@thegreekartisan.gr so please send us a note and we will get back to you as quickly as we can, both inside and outside of business hours!

Through Hellenic Post services we can ship worldwide.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum order.

What carriers do you ship through?

We primarily ship through Hellenic Post.

This is a gift; do you include prices on your packing slip?

No, the packing slip only includes a list of what products are in the package, the address we are shipping to, and who the gift is from. No prices are included in your package’s shipment.

How do I return a product?

Because many of our items are made to order by small artisans who can’t afford to hold inventory, all sales are final, means if something arrives broken, or products are spoiled or doesn’t make you feel 100% happy, please contact us at help@thegreekartisan.gr within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do everything in our power to make it better. Please provide photos if possible.
Accidents happen and if an order is received damaged please do not accept the delivery. And please don’t use products before returning them.
When returns are possible, they will be for THE GREEK ARTISAN shop credit, by using the most economical delivery method possible. Please remember to include all the documentation and accessories included in the package.
