Truffle oil is almost exclusively used as a finishing oil, meaning, the truffle oil is drizzled over a dish at the end of the preparation, in small amounts. This unique Greek produced black truffle oil with it’s wonderfully earthy aroma, it’s heaven when used on vinegrette, eggs, finish a fish filet or a nice piece of lamb, or just truffled pop corn, potato chips, and French fries. Do not use with tomato, lemon or strong spices.
