For a long period in Greece on 19th & 20th century, dried black corinth raisins were the main sourse of development. These dried grapes were for Greece that was petroleum (oil) for Middle East. That’s why local people called Dried Black Corinth raisins as the Greek “Black Gold”. George Mazos took that cognomen and make it trully “Golden Black” through exceptional quality that he gaved to his family product.
